Cricket tour South Africa

This tour will take to one of world’s leading cricket nations.  Cricket is being played by almost every school in South Africa. This means you can always find appropiate opposition. Visiting teams can play against beginner level, medium level, experienced level or compete against some of the worlds best school teams.

The best time to travel to South Africa for circket is during the European winter.

Day 1-4

The tour will start in the largest city of South Africa; Johannesburg. Here you will have your first training or clinics with South African coaches. The next day it is time for the first match on one of the beautifull cricket grounds of Johannesburg.  
Depending on the itinerary you can take the next day off and go on safari to see the ‘big five’ or go visit the Wanderers Club and watch some world class cricket.  

Day 4-7

After a few days in Johannesburg it is time to move on to the second stage of the tour; Durban. In this city you can enjoy the subtropical climate at  wide beaches and. Like almost everywhere in South Africa, cricket is being played on different levels and at every age. Play one or more matches against local teams or improve your skills by  by joining a cricket clinic of a professional cricket trainer.  When you take a day off you can watch a game at the famous Kingsmead Cricket Ground.

Day 7-10

The next stop is Port Elizabeth, als called the ‘Windy City’ because or the ‘Friendly City’. Here in Port Elizabeth you will find the oldest cricket ground in South Africa.
Next to cricket there is also enough to do here. You can go to the elephant park or go whale watching. After you played several fixtures in Port Elizabeth in time to move on to last stage of trip.

Day 10-14
In the last phase of the trip you wil experience the famous city of Cape Town. This last city is not only the most popular destination in South Africa but also the most popular of th ewhole continent. In this lively city you can play your last fixtures and watch cricket or rugby at legendary Newlands Cricket Ground.
Thanks to its beautiful beaches, outdoor activities, infrastructure end sporting facilities this is the best place to end finish this amazing tour.
